Hello!

Hello! My name is Sophie Kramer, and I am a rising senior at Ringling College of Art and Design, majoring in Entertainment Design and minoring in Business of Art and Design.

I was drawn to the world of themed entertainment and environments thanks to a wonderful childhood of travel and excitement that taught me the universal and unifying wonders of visual storytelling and memory-making. With my interest in innovative entertainment and vibrant stories, along with my skills in 3D modeling and other design software, I am currently pursuing a career in creative development for themed entertainment across the globe!

I have been very lucky to learn so much about the exciting range of this industry through my time as President of TEA NextGen@RCAD, as an IAAPA booth representative for Ringling College, and through various professional and academic work opportunities, during which I have designed and planned some amazing events and initiatives for my local communities and assorted clients.

As I wrap up my academic career and begin my next steps, I hope to gain experience in larger-scale projects in the professional world so that I can truly understand the magic of the project pipeline in the world of themed entertainment! As a themed entertainment lover, I am completely enamored with all elements of the process of creating spaces and experiences. In the end, I hope my work will unite people and provide settings for precious memories.
