Best Proposed Use of Technology - M.O.S.H Rover Ride Vehicle from ChronoJam: A Rhythmic Odyssey

Awarded for its exemplary application of industry technology during the annual Best of Ringling student-juried exhibition from guest juror Jason Surrell and department faculty, the M.O.S.H Rover is a ride vehicle concept for my senior thesis project.

A spin on the Oceaneering REVOLUTION™ Tru-Trackless™ Motion-Base Ride System, The M.O.S.H Rover is a ride vehicle designed for ChronoJam: A Rhythmic Odyssey, a trackless dark ride that blasts guests through time, blending animated ride media with physical show sets to bring them face to face with the past, present, and future.

Created by Dr. Allegra Sonata and her tech start-up team, The Concert Globalization Development Directive, The M.O.S.H Rover is the world's first fully mobile seating device. Hidden beneath the surface and using the energy of sonic waves, the rovers can also temporarily create windows into the time stream and travel through time, but BEWARE! Without proper preparation, these horological voyages can quickly spiral into chaos, leaving users stranded anywhere, anytime.

2024-25 Trustee Scholar Nominee

The distinction of Trustee Scholar is the highest honor awarded to students at Ringling College of Art and Design. Given by the Ringling College Board of Trustees, the designation of Trustee Scholar recognizes exceptional creative talent; demonstrated communication and creative thinking skills; and exemplary service, to the department, to the campus, and to the community.

Alongside my classmate and friend, Olivia Dumas, I was nominated for Entertainment Design Trustee Scholar, selected by the faculty of our department based on our:

Exceptional creative talent, communication skills, and distinction of mind;
Contributions to the department, College, and/or community; and
Leadership, citizenship, and mentorship.
